Shipping Direct From The U.S. To The End Customer In Canada

Summary of Services:

Review of product formulation to insure all ingredients are acceptable for import into Canada under Health Canada guidelines.
Daily pick-up (or multiple pick-ups / week) from U.S. fulfilment house.
Transportation to border crossing.
Cross-border logistics inclusive of:
- Unique customs clearance protocol to comply with Health Canada guidelines for personal importation
- Sales tax, duties and brokerage fees which can be pre-cleared at time of import, or paid by the customer upon receipt of order (not recommended).
Locally induct shipments into Canada Post parcel delivery stream.

The above services can be set up with Stalco either working direct with individual clients or providing a white-label solution that will all flow through your company.

Process:

Order transmission – client electronically sends Stalco the customer order information including country of
origin, product description, order value, package weight and dimensions, via FTP or API
Stalco transmits Canada Post shipping label data for the U.S. fulfilment site to print and affix to the package. Each label will be accompanied by it’s own unique tracking code.
U.S. fulfillment site to pack individual shipments into master cartons.
Stalco coordinates pick-up of master cartons from U.S. fulfillment site and manages the transport of the goods across the border, into the Canada Post mail stream.
All regulatory clearance, sales tax, duties and brokerage fees, will be paid by Stalco (and reimbursed by client) at border crossing.

NOTE: In order to provide the most seamless delivery to the customer (i.e. no surprises for the customer of having to pay sales tax and duties upon receipt of package), client will need to charge sales taxes at the time of sale.

High Level Pricing Summary:

In order to provide firm pricing, Stalco will require the following information:

Location of shipment pick-up
Weight and dimensions of package
Estimated number of orders – per pick up
Delivery service level

NOTE: pricing will be inclusive of all fees associated with our services from beginning to end. Stalco can also provide a return address in order to receive all Canadian return shipments which can be consolidated and sent back to the respective clients as desired.
